Readiness for Resolution Questionnaire

Before you begin, take a moment.

You don’t need to have everything worked out.
You don’t need the full story.
You don’t need to work on your whole life.

Just hold one thing in mind.

That might be:

  • a reaction that keeps getting triggered

  • an anxious or heavy feeling that shows up in your body

  • a thought or belief you’re tired of negotiating with

  • something that’s been louder lately

  • something that’s quietly been in the way for years

It doesn’t have to be the biggest thing.
And it doesn’t have to be the whole thing.

Resolution work is not about doing everything at once.
We meet the system where it is - not where we think it should be.

Sometimes, there is one lever.
One place to start that softens many others.

As I often say:

“If you were to resolve one thing, which one thing would quietly change the shape of others. You might like to start there”

Hold that one thing lightly in mind as you answer the questions that follow.

This readiness assessment helps determine whether focused 1:1 resolution work is appropriate for this issue at this time.

You may be ready to resolve some things, and not others.
That’s natural.
That’s wise.

Answer honestly, without overthinking.
There are no right or wrong answers, only information.

And you can come back to it.
